Firstly, if you are currently experiencing a DirectX 12 error, please try the following steps:
1. Update your graphics card drivers:
- NVIDIA: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
- AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
2. Ensure that your Windows is fully updated
Additionally, if you are still experiencing issues after updating, please run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, also known as dxdiag.
Save the diagnostic information as a text file and submit it to inZOI Support for a more detailed examination.
