KRAFTON does not have the right to mediate disputes between users or between trademark and copyright holders.
We will investigate all validated reports, and will temporarily suspend contents confirmed to infringe any trademarks or copyrights.
※ If posts that have been deleted due to reports are re-posted, repeated requests to remove such posts may not be submitted.

※ Viewing and usage of your user contents by other users is considered fair use of user contents under the Canvas Terms of Use. Trademark/copyright infringement reports relating to such fair use will not be investigated.

Repeated intentional false reports may violate other users' rights and give rise to unnecessary disputes, causing inconvenience in the use of the service. Please note that all reports must be substantiated by fact, and that false and malicious reports may be subject to sanctions such as game account suspension.
