[How to Link Steam ID / Apple ID to Your KRAFTON ID]
1. Go to the KRAFTON ID login page.
2. Log in with the KRAFTON ID you want to link your Steam or Apple account to.
3. Click the [Link] menu and find the Steam or Apple option.
4. Click [Link Now].
5. You’ll be redirected to the login page of the platform (Steam/Apple).
If you're already logged in, make sure the account is the one you want to link.
6. Complete any additional verification steps to authorize the connection.
※ For Apple, the link will work even if you choose “Hide My Email”.
7. Once linking is complete, you can verify the status on your KRAFTON ID page.
[Note] If the account you're trying to link is already associated with another KRAFTON ID, the linking process may not work. In that case, please use a different account.
[How to Unlink Your KRAFTON ID]
(The same steps apply to other platforms such as Apple, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)
1. Go to the KRAFTON ID login page.
2. Log in with the KRAFTON ID you want to unlink.
3. Click on the [Link] menu and check the [Connected] list for [Steam] / [Apple].
4. Click the [Unlink] button.
5. Review the warning information displayed.
6. Click the [Unlink] button again to complete the process.
Note: You cannot unlink an account that was connected less than 365 days ago.
[How to Change your KRAFTON ID information]
1. Go to the KRAFTON ID login page and sign in to your account.
2. Select [Personal Info] from the menu on the left to make changes to the following information:
- Email address
- Password
