If recommended post images do not display correctly on the game loading screen, please refer to the following solutions by cause.
1) Caused by security software
Some security programs may block or interfere with the game client’s access to files in its folders, preventing images from loading properly.
Solution
Delete the folder below, then restart the game.
Path: Documents\inZOI\GalleryPost\LoadingScreen
2) Caused by OneDrive sync
If Microsoft OneDrive is backing up/syncing your Documents folder, this issue may occur.
Solution
Turn off syncing for the Documents folder in OneDrive and check if the issue is resolved.
In OneDrive settings, open the Sync and backup tab.
Click Manage backup to open Back up folders from this PC.
Turn the toggle next to Documents Off to disable the backup.
⚠️ You must disable syncing for the entire Documents folder.
