Unexpected crashes may occur when running the game on some Intel 13th or 14th generation CPUs.

1. Update to the latest BIOS version

We recommend updating to the latest BIOS version provided by your motherboard manufacturer.
Please refer to the official support pages of your motherboard manufacturer for detailed instructions, as the update process may vary by manufacturer.

⚠️ BIOS updates can affect overall system stability. Please proceed with caution and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines carefully.


2. Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU)

You can also try adjusting your setting using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU). Follow the steps below:

 1) After installing Intel XTU, restart your computer and launch the software.

 2) Lower the ‘Performance Core Ratio’ by 2-3 steps.
  e.g. if the original setting is 55x, lower it to 53x.

 3) Click ‘Apply’ to save the changes.

 4) Restart your system and launch the game again.

※ Please note: Even after applying these settings, some systems may still crash repeatedly during the “Optimizing game files” phase before the game launches successfully.
