If your DLC doesn’t run properly after downloading, please try the following solutions:
1. Verify integrity of game files
In your Steam Library, right-click inZOI → Properties → Installed Files → Click Verify integrity of game files.
2. Check if the DLC is enabled
In the game’s Properties under the DLC tab, make sure the DLC is enabled. If it’s not checked, enable it and relaunch the game.
- Steam Library → Right-click inZOI → Properties → DLC → Check the box.
3. Restart the Steam client
Completely exit Steam, then restart it to check if the DLC has been properly added.
