What should I do if the game's facial capture features aren't working?

If you are having difficulties using the game's facial capture features, please follow the steps listed below.

 

1. Check mobile and PC internet settings

  • Check if you are using an IOS device.
  • Check if your mobile device and PC are both connected to the same network.

2. Check Windows Firewall settings

  • Go to Firewall and change network from [Public network] to [Private network].
