- Check if your mobile device and PC are both connected to the same network.

2. Check Windows Firewall settings

Go to Control Panel > Windows Security > Firewall & network protection and check that your current network is set to Private network instead of Public network.

[Mac]
Go to System Settings > Network > Firewall.
Make sure that network access for inZOI or the Steam app is not blocked.
