2. Select [Manage] > [Browse Local Files].
3. You can find the files in the path listed below.

[Mac Steam]
1. Launch Steam and right-click inZOI.
2. Select [Manage] → [Browse Local Files].
3. In the Finder window that opens, navigate to the following location:
Users/{UserName}/Library/Application Support/UnrealEngine/5.6/Saved/Crashes
[App Store]
1. Open Finder and press [Command + Shift + G] to open the “Go to Folder” window.
2. Enter the path below and click [Go]:
Users/{UserName}/Library/Containers/com.krafton.inzoi/Data/Library/Application Support/UnrealEngine/5.6/Saved/Crashes
3. Locate the crash files in the opened folder.
※ Folder names are determined by the time the game file was created (UTC).
※ Compress and attach the folder containing the files to your report.
※ In some cases, a crash report file may not be generated. If this happens, please contact us and include the following information to help us diagnose the issue.
