What should I do if I can't save my progress?

If you experience any issues with saving the game, please follow the steps listed below.

 

1. Check Windows Defender settings

  • Go to Windows Defender Security Center → Go to Virus & threat protection → Go to Virus & threat protection settings → Select [Ransomware protection] → Disable [Controlled folder access].

2. Check Bitdefender settings

  • Go to Bitdefender dashboard → Open Protection tab → Open Application access → Set rules for inZOI to [Allowed].

3. Check Norton AntiVirus settings

  • Go to Norton and whitelist inZOI.
  • Check Norton support for more details.

4. Check free disk space

  • Check if you have enough disk space to install the game.
  • Free up disk space by deleting unnecessary files or using an external storage device.

5. Check folder permissions

  • Right-click the Steam directory folder → Go to Properties → Open Security tab → Check if [Full Control] is enabled for your account.
